Privacy policy
This website is operated by Algaenius, Delft, NL. We keep data collection to a minimum. This page explains what we collect, why, and for how long.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form, we receive:
- your name, email address and organisation;
- your role, and optionally your country;
- your message, and whether you asked for our technical brief under NDA.
Why we collect it
We use these details only to answer your inquiry and, where relevant, to follow up on a collaboration. The legal basis is your consent (GDPR art. 6(1)(a)), which you give when you submit the form. We never sell your data or use it for advertising.
Who processes it
Form submissions are delivered by email through our email provider (Resend). Spam protection is provided by Cloudflare Turnstile. The website is hosted on Vercel. These providers process data on our behalf.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails for as long as needed to handle your inquiry and any follow-up, and delete them after at most 24 months without contact.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not use tracking cookies. Any visitor statistics we collect are anonymous and cookie-less.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or withdraw your consent, at any time by emailing meinke.mvo@gmail.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
